Quick friendly service.
The radiologist was very rude. I was there at 4 PM and there was nobody sitting in the waiting area so it was only me. I understand it was their end of day, but if you are not in mood to take a patient, you can simply say no, instead of showing them a rude and harsh behavior. I feel like my radiologist have a language issues so couple times when I was unable to understand what he saying that request him to tell that again, and his stone was very harsh when he was explaining things the second for second time his way of giving... read more
Sign on their office says they will take the last patient 15 minutes before closing. I was there at 3:50 pm, thinking I'd have enough time. Told there was no way I'd get in today... they close at 4:30 pm. Only 2 people waiting. Might be time to change/ update their hand written sign outlining their parameters. I understand it can be a busy place... but 40 minutes before closing I'm told no?? Seriously unimpressed.
Incredibly disorganized.
I went in for an X-Ray. Everybody was friendly and well-organized. I was in and out in no time.
