Reception is extremely unorganized with there projected wait times. False wait times and projections.
The two ladies that work the desk can speak English absolutely perfectly, yet they switch to Taglog when they are speaking to each other. This is highly unprofessional and could lead to clients feeling they may be discussing patient details with each other on the down low. Not good at all.
Very good experience here, professional service, curteous staff and was reasonably quick, about 20 min wait for a walk-in, which is pretty good in my oppinion.
Been in twice in the past year for my teen. Never have to wait long. Friendly service. All good.
