We paid our premiums every month for 14 years of our 20 year term. Suddenly they returned our check and cancelled us. No reason given. Not able to reach them via phone.
FRAUD company DON'T USE THIS COMPANY AND TAKE WHAT THE REVIEWS ARE TELLING YOU ----DON'T MAKE THIS YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Unautorized withdrawal! If I could give a zero I would. This company just took over $600 from my checking account! I had a term life insurance policy since my kids were small to end this year. It was about $30 per month. I did not and will not renew, I don't need it. I am so angry that they withdrew money from my account without permission. If I could give them a zero I would. Their automated system is HORRIBLE, their chat system non functioning. I got to a live person who was equally not helpful. We've been a customer for over a decade. I'll be switching. Pay someone to answer your phone if you can't pay for a decent phone system.
I’ve had a whole life insurance policy since 1980. Very easy to get a hold of a representative when I called. Documents simple and straight forward to fill out. Able to scan and email documents back to the insurance company, only downfall was that it takes 7-10 days for the reply documents to be mailed back. I am also able to login to my online account.
