Absolutely terrible service…left numerous messages via phone, email, and thru portal. No response. Can only imagine what their medical treatment is like. Cancelled my visit.
This place should be closed. I went for an appointment and I was the only one wearing a mask and there was people coughing and sneezing. They don’t call back, they yelled my information out dang near. STAY AWAY.
Dr. Rishi is great!
Dr yu and assistance Joy are great. But their reception needs to be improved. They repeated my personal loud and no respect to my privacy at all. Their portal is bad in compare with Stanford. I got repeated phone calls and messages about my appointments.
