Dr. Rishi is great!
Dr yu and assistance Joy are great. But their reception needs to be improved. They repeated my personal loud and no respect to my privacy at all. Their portal is bad in compare with Stanford. I got repeated phone calls and messages about my appointments.
Dr. Lee is great, but I would agree with the other reviewer who said they had trouble with the staff. They never return messages or phone calls. It's very difficult to get a message to the dr b/c it appears it never gets past the front office staff.
Very poor service...their office really sucks...no proactive coordination to get reports , no follow up, they will always say they will call back on next steps etc, will not return calls.front office folks always say they dont know whats going with insurnce cordination status and that their colleagues would know and will call back but they never do!! I would stay away!!
