Jonathan did great job on inspecting the house. He came early and start inspect the perimeter right away before I arrive to the location. He did find a lot of stuffs that need to be repair and pay attention for long term care. Over all, great job. Would highly recommend him.
It was a good experience. The inspector promised to put a particular piece of information in my report to remind me of a recommendation. However, he forgot to do that. I emailed him and he sent me a note back. The report was not redone as I was expecting it to be. But, all is well and I would recommend them to a friend.
I have not competed the reading of the report and so far everyting is okday
He was on time, thorough and professional.

The inspector was completely professional and courteous. He performed his job and then went out of his way to explain to us in detail some of the major things we should be concerned about and his recommendations. I would use again and definitely will refer.
