Michael was very thorough, efficient and professional. During the inspection I asked him to check out a few issues that I was concerned about and he managed to squeeze those into his report. At the end of his inspection he gave us an overall summary of his findings with explanations of the pictures that he took. To our surprise, we received a detailed report the following day! We would definitely hire West Coast Home Inspection again. My wife and I are very content.
Michael was on time, thorough, and efficient. He explained everything to us after the inspection and gave us suggestions on how to fix certain things. We received our emailed report a couple of days later and it was very well done.

West Coast Home Inspection was prompt in responding, highly professional, and very reasonably priced. Steve was on time, knowledgeable and quite thorough in doing the inspection, and provided an excellent overview of his findings. The final report is professional and utilizes photographs to illustrate the issues found. My realtor says this was the most thorough inspection she has seen and has already begun referring West Coast to her other clients. Thank you, Steve!
