He did a good job.
Jeremy Johnson was excellent. We are doing a home remodel, and needed an expert to stand for us at the final walk-through. Jeremy came out three times in advance, and prepared an 80 page report within two days after his inspection. Having that report has allowed us to be specific with our general contractor on matters that need to be corrected or finished, that we would never have known about otherwise. No inspection required but helpful answering questions.
The gentleman's name was Steve, and he was very polite and a complete professional. Explained everything he found in laymans terms. Made suggestions, and volunteered his opinions. He shows us the pictures that he took of areas that needed work on his laptop and then walked the owner and I around to the different areas and made sure we understood and was able to answer all our questions.
Job was done O.K.
