We purchased Shaw Carpet over a year ago from this Center, Needless to say the Carpet wasn't installed Correctly and we have had them back twice to reinstall the carpet. After, working for several weeks to get our home ready for them to reinstall the carpet they didnt show up as they had told us ****This Center is incompetent**** I would recommend you find product somewhere else. what a joke of a business.
Terrible experience, worst company ever!! I had my jewelry (heirlooms that can't be replaced) stolen by the installers and West Coast did nothing but make excuses. Install was poorly done and now have to get someone else to fix it. Go somewhere else. I used them through Costco Flooring and Costco did nothing either but tell me to file a police report which I did. Lesson, file a report with police right away and don't use West Coast if you do move all valuables and watch them.

We had a water leak and needed our flooring replaced. Tyler was extremely helpful, even though at first it seemed that the insurance company was going to go with a different flooring company. We were able to persuade them that we wanted to use West Coast Flooring, and we are glad we chose the Coretec Plus HD Fresco Driftwood Vinyl flooring. It was installed just over a year ago and has held up really well to 12 preschool aged kids, plus our own and their friends, playing, dancing and just walking on the floor.

I love my new floor! CJ was a great help in picking out the material! The installers were on point and really took the time to make everything perfect. The installers were happy hard working and very clean. My tile is just amazing!
My husband and I selected West Coast Flooring in Solana Beach for our office. Tyler and his team were incredible. He brought samples and helped us select a wood flooring that was exactly what we were looking for. The install, prices and customer service were far above our expectations. Thank you!
