My son is autistic and requires a little extra patience and understanding. The doctor and the entire team were amazing with him and made us both feel comfortable. They took their time and helped me understand the entire orthodontic process. I truly appreciate their kindness, patience, and care. We had a wonderful experience!
I came in for a second opinion and Dr Lu answered all my questions. Very nice Dentist. Daisy was very attentive and explained to me my options. Will be referring friends over.
West Coast dental and orthodontics I would definitely recommend this place. Victoria did my deep cleaning toda Dr. Lu Did my feelings I must say I wasn’t afraid and usually I am so scared. I knew that I was in good hands.. I felt safe that I was gonna get hands that’s so hot because I’m a big chicken. I’m very grateful to the staff, professional, friendly knowledgeable and I’ve never been at a place where I see children excited to come to see the dentist. I didn’t feel anything.
They don’t tell you what’s covered and not covered by your insurance, they render the services and that put a bill in front Of you saying we can’t see you unless you pay, they don’t provide detailed breakdown of the costs they are billing you, they do not properly bill you to your address instead wait for you to come in and deny you any services unless you pay. They know the frequency of when x rays are covered but still insist on doing x rays on you without telling you that your insurance wont be paying. Very sketchy busine... read more
