⭐️ 1-Star Review I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM, but I wasn’t called back until approximately 1:45 PM, just for a dental exam. Had a deep cleaning with Nicole today! She was so sweet and made the whole experience less stressful! I was very anxious because I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time (embarrassing I know). But I’m looking forward to my future visits here because all the staff have been very kind and welcoming. 🩷

1st visit. I was told to bring my social and ID so they can look up my medical. I did. Waited about an hour after my appointment time to get X-rays done and see the dentist. He checked X-rays and briefly checked my teeth and said regular cleaning. I told him I had some pockets and only then did he bother checking my gums. He said to schedule a deep clean within two weeks. I did. 2nd visit today: I check in (QR code in the front desk) and I’m like ok cool. Every unsatisfactory place!! Do not go here! Unless you like waiting 90 mins plus even after appointment or want rude people attending you. I had my regular scheduled check up today at 3pm. Got there at 245pm, checked in and 420pm and still didn't call me. Lady in the front was also rude until I told them I need to re schedule, but of course not going back anymore!
