Left work early, wasted my time and gas just to be told that my dental only says eligible if pregnant. When I don’t have this problem at a different dentist. I don’t recommend this place now I have to leave with a painful mouth

Absolutely horrible, didn’t even get to make it to any appointments I’ve scheduled because they end up rescheduling me. It’s been 4x now and made me wait 2-3 weeks in between every rescheduled appointment just for them to call me 2 days prior EVERY single time saying they would have to reschedule. Never had this issue with any dental clinic, very unprofessional.

I was a new patient I just got my insurance and I called to set up an appointment for the first time and then only a day or two later I called them to check on my appointment day and schedule because I have forgotten what day in exact time we set The receptionist told me that she cannot look up my appointment time. And then I would have to schedule another appointment. Had root canals done and my front teeth retreated. Receptionist are professional and respectful. All the staff in the back are professional and respectful. Wait times are not long they move as fast as possible but at the same time don't do a rush job on your teeth. I had 2 dentist work on me both did excellent job. Thanks Dr. Pravha for taking your time on my teeth. I felt something was off with my tooth and Dr. Pravha resolved it. I appreciate her attention to detail.
