The girls took care of my son. (New patient) made him feel comfortable talking to the dentist. Definitely will be bringing him again.
The staff was professional as well as friendly. The doctor was great. He was friendly as well as professional. I would certainly recommend Dr. Ben as well as the dental clinic to anyone needing a dentist.
I have a very bad experience at Baldwin park office Worst customer service ever!! When me and my wife went for the first time Staff was friendly, then other appointments service change too worst, I have questions about my bill's, they never call me back I have to call few times to get answers. They lied to us they said that the work we needed was going to be cover with ours insurances. (we have 2 insurance) “That didn’t happen” I found the answer my self thru my insurance company. Be very careful.
If I could, I would rate this place a 0. I am no longer a patient and immediately switched over to a new dentist because this staff is highly incompetent and corporate doesnt do anything about it. They never check your insurance even when they have the information way in advance. Their excuse is they cant find it or they have the old insurance info and just tell you that it isnt active. This happened every single time I came in. I called corporate at that time and sure it was resolved for one appointment but then it happened... read more
