New management sucks, and they’re unreliable. -Got invisalign here, they only have one ortho doctor and she was going on PTO but said someone else can put my attachments in when she was gone. I try to schedule the appointment, and the manager yelled at me saying this isn’t their protocol, and there was absolutely no work done to get on a common ground despite telling her that this was coming straight from the ortho dentist and not me. Would never advise anyone to go for basic dental check up at this clinic. They scared me by mentioning that I need 2 root canals, crowns etc. Denied basic cleaning citing deep cleaning only needs to be done. I took opinion from a second dentist and was clearly told that there was no need for root canal. Basic cleaning was done for me and was advised to get cavities filled. Please beware of this dental practice as they are just keen to make money
