RecommendedI strongly recommend Choice Dental Group of Hawthorne because of their highly skilled and professional staff. Additionally, they're very friendly, personable, and caring. They also send helpful text messages and/or call to remind one of upcoming dental appointment(s). Lastly, the facility or office has a very clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere. A bonus; great HD television entertainment to enjoy while waiting one's turn. I give then two thumps up. :)

The dentist, Dr. Abraham, and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
Long wait times. I waited 4 hours for a simple cleaning for my daughter. Over booking and scheduling appointments is a hassle. Made an appointment only to be called later and told they gave me a wrong time and date so I couldn’t keep my original appointment.
Very horrible service. I waited 2 hours in the lobby the first time. Had to rescheduled. Second time 1hour and 15 mins... The front desk staff were not just rude to me but other patients. They also are not reliable with there information. A friend of mine got really sick after a root canal there..
this is the worst place you can go!! these people have no customer service skills(who trained these people) they are so rude, they show no empathy, even my 2 daughters don’t come here anymore, DONT GIVE THIS DENTAL OFFICE ANY MORE BUSINESS!!!!!! (and I usually don’t complain, but they went over my limit)

I had an opportunity to take my key to his dental appointment I meant some people over there they were nice they were professional they were efficient and I really appreciate them working with my son fixing teeth and they set him up for an appointment for an orthodontist so he can have braces Maybe
