RecommendedI have fear of going to the dentist, after going to West Coast Dental and how the staff gave their 100% service my perception of going to Dental office change completely. Thanks to you Dr. Abraham you’re awesome. And to the staff, you are all heroes specially at this time of pandemic. I highly recommend West Coast Dental in Torrance.
Worst experience ever . The wait was ridiculous , even though I had a schedule appointment . They almost tricked me on doing a deep cleaning instead of a normal one which was gonna cost me $1000 . Wanted to sign Tht form that I’m ok with the procedure without even talking about it . The dentist ... super sarcastic and unprofessional . I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone unless you don’t mind waiting , being ripped off and treated poorly .
Very bad experience to visit this office the front desk ladies are so bad and not so friendly and very rude. There is no customer service attitude. Request for x-ray, the person said give 5 mins, will send it. But, never receive the email. After two days, I called them, the lady said I need to go there to sign the release form, why they did not say when the time I request. it was a bit of a wait for me to see the dentist went through a lot of x-rays, but other than that it wasn't bad.
I went to West Coast Dental of Paramount because of an emergency wisdom teeth surgery which I needed to be performed and even though I was scared because this occurred during the COVID-19 crisis, I was treated with utmost respect by the oral surgeon, the staff, and was given a successful oral surgery. Because of this I give this dental office a 10+/10 because the people there performed beyond their capabilities during a crisis like this and I'm really blessed I got to receive the treatment, hospitality and comfort from them ... read more
Terrible made a 10:00 am appointment waited 2 1/2 hours and nothing but to be told a little while longer while ppl came after and went before all while I need x rays for a tooth that just broke and can’t chew on my right side never would I recommend this place
