I went to West Coast Dental in Menifee, CA yesterday. They are contracted with Dentical and I need rootcanals and crowns done. They told me that Dentical would not cover the crowns and that it is 625 each. I told them that I was told otherwise. By Dentical and also showed them how their website stated otherwise. And how, since they are contracted with Dentical, they must offer the services. They told me no, I was wrong. Staff is very lax about masks, and refuse to wear them properly even when asked.
Their office staff have no respect for the safety of their patients. When asked to wear masks properly, they get an attitude instead.
