Ordered a car cover. I received what appears to be a used cover. It was wrapped in plastic and had dirt stains along one side and the top. I called and talked to someone In customer support. No follow up and no answers on a resolution. I do not recommend as they are very much not interested in helping the customer

Customer was unwilling to accept out help in resolution. We are still willing to help him but he cannot expect a refund until he returns the product. West Coast Corvette is a terrible company to deal with.They do not honor the prices on their website, it was like I made the mistake.Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else .
I HAD ACE AFFO1 WHEELS ON 2016 ZO6 SHOW CAR FOR LESS THAN **** MILES AND (2) OF THEM ARE CRACK ON THE INSIDE CAUSING BOTH ***** TO LOSE AIR.I CALLED THEM AND THEY WANT ME TO TAKE THE ***** OFF, BOX THEM, AND SHIP THEM AT MY EXPENSE. THEY ARE NOT EVEN WILLING TO SHARE THE COST OF ALL THIS. PLUS TIE UP MY CAR ON BLOCKS FOR 2, OR 3 WEEKS UNTIL THEY DECIDE WHAT THEY WILL DO.THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER CONCERN ABOUT WHAT THEY SELL. The worst place to deal, thank God I didn't order a larger order like I was going too .I purchased a Corvette Sweatshirt for my Grandsons birthday on July 4, today is July 24, still no sweatshirt. I asked several times to cancel my order.Nothing but ignorance responses.
Placed order but they didn't ship, no tracking no sent, no order update email sent, no reply to 2 emails, several calls not being picked up at business hours, left a message and nobody called back, days later they finally confirmed refund within 24 - 48 hours on the phone, and I still didn't get my money back.
Over 2 months to get a coupler that still hasn’t arrived, just keep telling me it will be next week and that never happens

I would probably not recommend any one to this site. But, I dont know yet...I placed an order, went though the security protocols when ordering from the website, plus the security from my bank when placing a large on line order...then I get an email requesting a copy of my drivers license as well as a copy of the credit card with only the last 4 of the number thus delaying my order even more and having to do the additional step to complete my order. And btw...that step, if I were a crook, can easily be sidestepped.....can yo... read more
