Chris was awesome during the entire process. I live in MO so everything was conducted by phone, text, email, and mail. Chris responded promptly to all of my questions and was very professional and friendly even when I texted him on his off days. He provided detailed information about the car fed exed the paperwork that needed signatures and even provided me with the bill of sale by email.
