My 4yr old daughter had a fever with neck pain for 3 days with no other symptoms. I took her to the doctor and she was swabbed for strep throat, I knew she didn't have strep. After waiting a few more days with no change, I called West Coast Chiropractic Center and they got us in a few hours later. She was scared and didn't feel good and Dr Rupp very gently and patiently won her trust and adjusted her. I absolutely love this place! Dr. Rupp and Mary are always so warm and welcoming. I genuinely believe they are committed to my health, improvement, and goals. Their appointment style is easy to use and so convenient - I couldn't ask for a better experience.
Dr. Rupp and his staff are by far the most caring and accommodating office I've been to. The first time I walked in, I felt like I was someone they'd known for years. Dr. Rupp is so easy to talk and relate to, and he also extremely generous. Even with financial difficulties, he was able to help me and did his best to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Derek and Mary are awesome! They are pros....I came in to WCCC barely able to walk due to a crippling lower back pain. Within 3 months Derek had me walking with no pain and using better posture. It has been a 3 times a week plan and I'm very thankful that I am no longer suffering with pain. It works!!
I've dealt with chronic lower back pain for years and Dr. Rupp has helped me so much, you're the best!
