I needed emergency carpet cleaning after my dog had an accident, and one company I called never followed up despite knowing it was urgent. Rodolpho, on the other hand, answered right away and was at my place within the hour. He was kind, communicative, and reasonably priced from start to finish. I’ll be using him again for sure. Highly recommend. You’re the best rodolpho! Also thank you for lending me your blower so my carpet could dry faster overnight! 🙏
West Coast Carpet Pros did an awesome job friendly, on time, and my rug looks brand new. Totally calling them again.
Rudy was on time, professional and did a great job getting out all the stains from our white carpet. He even fixed the spots left by bleach before.
Prompt, quick and attentive! Had both of my rugs steam cleaned and had them just as I needed them to be: smelling clean and spotless. They'll travel to you and also accept Venmo for the modern age, thank you West Coast!
Excellent carpet cleaning service. Highly recommended them.
