I (Maureen) have been going to this facility annually for 25 years. The Irvine location is professional and thorough. If I could, I'd give them more than 5 stars.
Spoke to a person from medical record release names Leonard, a very rude, condescending tone of voice, I only called to check if my mother's medical record is available to be picked up at the front desk... he lectured me about the procedures, and very rudely (accused me of being lying). When I told him that he's being rude, and condescending, he half hearted apologized, and told me he's only doing his job.... The center can hire a better clerk than this person.
Very rude receptionist.. would not recommend this place on her attitude alone!!
