Daniel Serrano and his staff are in my opinion one of the best group of guys. They were very professional and courteous. They were timely and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their trees!

a tree split in haf and partially fell on he fense. the reamining part of the trunk was looming over her backyard and house. after contacting the city, West Coast Arborists Inc. came out the next morning (today) and cut the tree down and removed the stump from the ground. We were heartbroken to see a couple of our big trees go, but completely impressed watching Santo Macia and the WCA crew do a terrific job taking them out. The dead trees were on an almost vertical hillside about 100 feet tall. It was tricky business and dangerous work. They left it better than they found it - total pros!

The City of San Bruno hired West Coast Arborists to perform tree pruning services. Beginning with yesterday’s Tree Maintenance Notice and instructions to the work performed on our 20+ year old magnolia tree, our experience today was nothing short of top notch (a focus on quality: knowledgeable, courteous and experienced team of employees, right equipment, excellent follow-through). Any questions we had were answered to our satisfaction or referred to a supervisor who responded very timely. We highly recommend them!
They have done a great job in Ventura California and John Mahoney is extraordinary with his carvings memorializing the trees that had to come down.
