West Coast owners are good friends of ours but their bussiness is not fair or honest. They installed a brand new unit which immidiatly leaked. After costly repairs, they finally agreed to replace the part of the brand new unit (we stil paid every service call invoice in full). It did not fix the issue and we paid to have freon refilled many times (always paying every invoice in full and letting it be know we were not satisfied with their lack of standing behind their product or warrenty). Mike came out on Memorial Day to fix the fan in our AC unit. He was the only one on call he came out and had to return to handle other calls in the mean time. We have used West Coast for years and we have always had spectacular service each time. I highly recommend them,

Special shout-out for great service to West Coast Air Conditioning! I had my regular maintenance scheduled for this coming Monday but had a problem yesterday. I called them at 9am and by noon, they had been there, gone into the attic and replaced a blower motor. That is fantastic customer care!

I took my RV with my rooftop AC just to get charged like a car would be everybody was really nice but they put buck and did not really know what he was doing on the job and they ended up putting in the 410 gas in liquid form versus vapor it's so simple to know you Google how to put in 410 in an RV air conditioner and it tells you to put in vapor instead of liquid but after about 45 minutes he gave up and waited for the owner son Mike He's a really nice guy and he got the pressure where it should be but by the time I got it b... read more
