West Coast owners are good friends of ours but their bussiness is not fair or honest. They installed a brand new unit which immidiatly leaked. After costly repairs, they finally agreed to replace the part of the brand new unit (we stil paid every service call invoice in full). It did not fix the issue and we paid to have freon refilled many times (always paying every invoice in full and letting it be know we were not satisfied with their lack of standing behind their product or warrenty).
