I bought my first Silverado in 1995 from West Chevrolet and since then have purchased a total of four. Thanks John Phillips the 2018 Z71 Silverado is a great truck.
Called on the 20th to make an appointment to view a car on the 21st and told the man who answered that I was going to buy it in cash if I liked how it drove during the test drive. Also mentioned that I was driving from Sevierville (which takes about an hour). Got there at my appointment time only to find out they sold the car earlier that day. I’m writing this as I am getting an oil change somewhere else. I dropped my car off today at 12:45 for my 1:00 oil change appointment. At 2:30 I still had not heard from them so I called. It was not ready yet. At 3:15, 2.5 hours after I dropped it off, they tell me they are about to take it back because they were really backed up. This is the place to do business at. Everyone there has a great attitude, and I always get the best price from West. I won't buy, or service my car anywhere else. I got 9 free oil changes too!! Wow!!
