Great service! very Happy to of Purchased my new SUV!!!
I recently bought an ‘07 without a warranty, obviously. I got home and within 24 hours noticed a problem with the brakes. I took it to a local mechanic who told me what was wrong. I called the salesman and he assured me that it would be okay to go ahead and get if fixed locally and they would reimburse me and they promptly did. I was super impressed with the dealership and how they handled the problem.
My experience started out well with a great sales experience. As soon as I got home though my problems began! Parking break doesn’t work! If that wasn’t bad enough I can barely get the truck to start. I bought this truck barely a month and a half ago and they tell me there is nothing they can do about it. Way to take care of your customers! You have definitely lost my business. It’s sad when the customer no longer matters once you get your money!

We stopped by west Chevrolet to just "look", get a idea of what we wanted and look around. With in 2 minutes we were approached by Jim who helped us with any and all questions.
