I took one of my fleet trucks in for a minor repair. The service writer (Joey) basically says we dont know what we are talking about(he tried telling me that 270 degrees is normal transmission operating temperature). I called later in the day and was told it had been driven and they couldnt duplicate the problem. called again this morning and was told they were driving it at that very moment. My husband purchased a 2020 Silverado a week ago. In our rush to clean out our 2011 Silverado trade in we forgot to take some keys out of the ashtray. We tried for 4 days to get a response so we could make arrangements to come pick them up. We called AGAIN today and were told so sorry anything you leave in the vehicle is thrown in the trash. KEYS ARE NOT TRASH. I can’t believe this is their “customer service” This was our first purchase at this dealership and it will definitely be our last.
This is the best car buying experience I've had by far! Our salesman was great! He never tried to push our budget or pressure us in any way. They worked with us to get the monthly payment we wanted with a great APR. Everyone was very open about the history of the car and the Carfax. I highly recommend this dealership!
