This was the BEST carlot I have ever been to. The sales men Bob and CREG was the best the made the deal happen when I really didnt think it would. We went last night and bought a tahoe and they based the value of the tahoe off of Nada guides rates. When they were doing the value of my wifes trade in they based it off of a completely different guideline and didn't even enter all of the vehicles options to get the full amount and when I called them out on it they still wouldn't bring the trade appraisal up to where it should have been, but my wife agreed cause she got the car she was wanting so I'm happy for her. My husband and I went in looking at used vehicles. Everyone we met was so friendly and professional. Our sales person, Jane Johnson, was so kind and easy to work with! We loved meeting Ray (GM) and Rick (Finance) and thank them for helping us feel apart of the family from the moment we walked through the door.
