It has been quite a while since we made a new vehicle purchase. Everyone that we had contact with at the dealership was professional, friendly, and most helpful. My husband and I bought a 2014 Ford Explorer from West today. Joe Haiden was a pleasure to work with, as well as Alan, the sales manager. My Daddy worked for Ford for over 30 years until he passed away earlier this year. I had only ever bought a car through my Daddy, so this was strange for me to buy from somewhere else, and a bit emotional for me. However, Joe and the sales team worked with us and helped my family out. We were beyond pleased with our experience, and are truly grateful. Thanks, West!
