We went last night and bought a tahoe and they based the value of the tahoe off of Nada guides rates. When they were doing the value of my wifes trade in they based it off of a completely different guideline and didn't even enter all of the vehicles options to get the full amount and when I called them out on it they still wouldn't bring the trade appraisal up to where it should have been, but my wife agreed cause she got the car she was wanting so I'm happy for her. Went in to the Service Dept to get a recalled part replaced, in and out in just 20 minutes. Great service and quick. Very friendly folks
The guys at West Chevrolet diagnosed my company truck with a bad transmission on Thursday morning, ordered the transmission and had it put in on Friday(the next day), at 12pm. Just wanted to say thank you for your good work and speed.
