We just bought a 2011 Ford Escape from West Chevrolet our sales lady Margo Zimmerman was very helpful, Everything went so smooth. Today I purchased a Chevy Malibu from John Phillips. He was extremely helpful and eager to help me find just the right car. He worked with me on numbers and the features I wanted. He didn't sell me what he wanted me to have. He sold me what I wanted to have. This was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership and I have had A LOT of cars. We were vacationing in the Smokies when our 13 GMC 3500 developed a wheel seal leak. We contacted West Chevrolet's service dept and were instructed to bring the truck In immediately. They gave us a new truck to ride in while repairs were made to ours. We dropped our truck off at 3pm and were called early the next morning to come pick it up.
