I will go nowhere but UC West Chester i love this hospital. I have Crohn's and have had a lot of issues with it since November 4 surgeries to be exact. I have always been treated with respect from everyone from the er to they surgery center and even when I have to be admitted. I would recommend this hospital to everyone. My surgeon Dr. Ferguson ( colon and rectal surgeon) is one of the best I love her to death she has helped me in so many ways. Hospital design is beautiful, HOWEVER, the parking stuation is lacking big time!!! They left out handicap people. In order to get there even handicapp have a real challenge trying to make thier way into the facility. Sure there are a load of parking spaces, they are just not within reach of the hospital. It is a real challenge to try to get in to the facility! What were they thinking? I think not because it is evident the designers were not handicapped or they would have considered the parking arrangements better. So much fo... read more
I had a real good experience. I came in for surgery yesterday at 12:45 pm. Everyone was really nice. When got into the room. All nurses explained everything really good. My outpatient surgery was behind but everyone did a good job about helping and letting me know. Then after surgery outstanding service all together.
I have always received the best care at University Hospital. The nurses are all so very helpful and professional and also friendly. I have only the highest regard for the nurses on 6 NW. Thank you for your care.
My husband has been in the ER 3 times in the past 3 years, each time, all the staff is super nice and very helpful. They do a great job putting the patients at ease!

From start to finish a wonderful experience. From the minute that I walked in the door until I left after my same day surgery I encountered nothing but kindness, helpfulness and compassion. Everyone from the young lady at the front desk, to admissions, to the nurses and the doctors that cared for me were amazing. Feeling very blessed and well cared for.
