As always this dentist office goes above and beyond to accommodate families. For me three year old who was going for the 1st time, they allowed her to wear "special" sunglasses so the light would not be too bright, and a purple "princess" ring that held the toothpaste for them to use on her teeth. They also let her touch all the instruments and hold the dental assistants hand while she put them in her mouth. All of this while I was in the hallway entertaining my 5 and 1 year old. Dr. Tran is the best dentist and a fine man. The entire staff is wonderful, and very professional.
I have been a patient for over seven years. Today my cleaning was great. Megan was very thorough, but the amazing part is that I was totally relaxed during the procedure. Dr. Tran came in and did my exam, ensuring that I understood what I needed to watch for in the future and sent me on my way. I also get to watch TV during the procedure and that is really great!!!!! Love this team!
My overall experience was excellent and far exceeded my expectations.
This is not your typical dentist office! From the beautiful aquarium in the lobby to the beverage center, TV and massage chairs, everything is meant to put the patient at ease. All of the staff were very welcoming. It was great to see the x-rays and photos of my teeth to really understand what treatment would be needed. I brought my whole family here after hearing about their good reputation. We came with a lot of dental issues. I have been there probably ten times in the past four months. Every member of the staff has been so friendly and accommodating to any needs we have had. They even made it a not-scary experience for my younger children. Through this practice we are building great hygiene habits and good experiences at the dentist!
The staff is amazing! The lady at the front desk, nurses and dentists was very professional and polite. I went in and had many concerns with TMJ and alignment of my teeth. Everyone of them went out of their way to make sure they answered all of my questions and find a solution to my issues. I would HIGHLY recommend West Chester Family Dentistry to everyone.
Thanks to Becky and Dr. Tran for making the first trip back to the "chair" easy and enjoyable.
