Thank you so much Dr.Tran for saving my tooth. I'm doing fine and feeling very comfortable. I will keep my teeth clean and brush the way Denea instructed by brushing at a 45degree angle and brush the gum frequently to keep it healthy. I will be very careful with this tooth. Again thank all of you for your good care.
A cap (#6) fell off on Wednesday at 10am. I was definitely in a predicament as we leave for vacation tomorrow. I immediately went to Dr.Tran's office. I did not have an appointment (but I am a patient). I was assured that the problem would be solved as soon as a room was available. Happily my problem was solved and I was on my way to a better day by 11am.
Most people dread the dentist, but I actually look forward to my visit every time. The staff is friendly and courteous, the service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Dr. Tran and his staff!
Every person in this practice makes you not only feel at home and welcome, but they go above and beyond to ensure your total satisfaction. Dr. Tran is fantastic, and all of the dental hygienists are incredibly friendly. Debbie and Sunday at the front desk do everything they can to ensure that all claims are taken care of properly. I had a broken tooth that was causing me terrible pain. I got an appt. right away. Dr. Tran and his staff did a great job! I felt almost no pain at all and I'm the biggest chicken out there. In fact I think they did such a good job that I will be taking my family there in the future.
Went to my first visit at West Chester Family Dentistry. Got the tour to see their first class facility. Very impressive! Also got to meet a lot of the staff who I'll be working with. This is very different from other offices I've been a patient of. It's a first class office.
Went in for my annual 6MO cleaning and Megan did another great job. Always enjoy my visits with Dr. Tran and his Office Staff!
As always, friendly, knowlegeable staff. Helps put my mind at ease when I come to see the dentist. Have recommeded the West Chester Family Dentistry and Dr. Tran to my freinds.
