THE BEST AROUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – Fast quality service...No Waiting...Replaced my exhaust system on the spot.Jay was very knowledgeable and friendly and was more than happy to walk me through the entire repair process from start to finish. Jay seemed to have a better understanding of my car than the dealership and completed the job for 40% less than the dealership estimate. Lots of happy customers coming in and out while I waited for my car.
WHAT A PLEASURE – I took my car in this past summer after finding them on google and I must say that all the reviews were accurate. I went in and told them the symptoms and they took their time with me explaining a few of the solutions and what course can be taken. HONEST MECHANIC – I bought my first car ever, without knowing enough about it and made the mistake of not checking it out properly beforehand. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! – I have been using WEST CHAPEL AUTO SERVICE for over a decade. I trust him enough to take my car in, say "do whatever it needs" and I know I will NEVER be ripped off! They are very thorough and even take the time to explain everything to me!!! Highly recommended!!!!
LIFESAVERS – I'd just like to thank the guys at WEST CHAPEL AUTO SERVICE for their fine work and their help, when I was in need. My grand daughter was visiting from Virginia and had a problem with her car. We called for towing service and expected only the worst. The guys came out and towed the car immediately, and fixed the car as soon as it got in the shop . Small town service in Cherry Hill, I did not believe it was possible. Thanks again for your help. My granddaughter made it home safe and sound.
Poor quality – Not happy with service or quality of work. Cheap parts used. Had problems later down the line & took it somewhere else. Found out that some things weren't done that should have been. I think the guy that works there did the actual work, not the owner.

We always do our best to make sure every customer is satisfied with our service. In this case, we towed this woman's car to our shop. It belonged to her teenage son. He didn't have enough money to fix the car, so we stored the car here for FREE for them while they saved the money needed for the repair. As time went on, and they still couldn't afford the repairs, we agreed to do the job at a discount rate using THEIR OWN PARTS. When the parts they brought me failed, and we replaced them for FREE.
