EXCELLENT SERVICE – So, we all know times are tough and despite my desire to "stimulate" the economy, I'm not going to be able to purchase a new car for awhile, so last week I took my 9 year old car here for an oil change and a comprehensive inspection. The place is really clean, They always make me feel welcome regardless of how busy they are, they will drop what they are doing to help you. Great service every time. I have taken every car I own there and won't go anywhere else. I consider them family!!!! I HIGHLY recommend them.....it's always hard to find a good auto repair shop, these guys are really great!!!!

JAY IS THE BEST!!! – I went to WEST CHAPEL AUTO SERVICE based on reviews I read online. Jay is the best and most honest mechanic around. I've been ripped off enough times to truly appreciate a mechanic that does things the right way. In the 2 times that I've taken my Nissan Pathfinder to WESTCHAPEL AUTO, they easily could have justified charging me more money. Instead, they fixed what needed to be fixed in a timely manner for a fair price. What more could you ask for? I won't go to anyone else. Thanks!!

A mechanic you can trust – I have been taking my car to WEST CHAPEL AUTO for 3 years now. The first time I went in was to get my brakes checked. They were honest about which one's i "needed" done immediatly and which ones i "had more time" with. They had my car done in just a couple of hours and there prices were right on target. Since then, I've been taking my baby there for routine oil changes and tune-ups. She's still going... Thanks JAY!!!
