Property Warning: 705 Pine Lakes Dr, Plano Rats, broken windows, and negligence. This property is far from ideal for any tenant. During my time at 705 Pine Lakes Dr, the home was infested with rats and plagued by broken windows and numerous other maintenance failures. This is my honest review about West Central Realty. We actually enjoyed our experience throughout the entire year and we enjoyed living at the property and our communications with the property management company were fine with no issues. The only issue I had which made a tremendous impact on my review and only giving them one star was the move out process. A part of the lease agreement is that you are required to have the carpet and property professionally cleaned when you move out. When we were ready to move out we had the ... read more

WCR has managed my 3 properties since 2016. I managed my properties on my own before and dealt with tenants coming and going and causing damage. Since working with them I have had long term tenants and minimal property issues. I was hesitant to have a property manager but with them my properties have been more profitable than when I managed them on my own.

Not ideal for landlords or tenants. As a landlord, be prepared for frequent contact from tenants due to the property manager's lack of availability or unacceptably slow issue resolution. Upon move-out, I was charged $55 for a light switch panel replacement, which should be considered normal wear and tear and costs less than $5 to replace. Additionally, there was a $200 charge for grass cutting in February, a time when grass typically does not grow in Texas.
