My appointment at the old Canoga location was the only appointment I would ever have with this agency before I left California and found an excellent therapist at NeighborCare Health who I will sorely miss as she has moved on to greener pastures. It was the weirdest and most uncomfortable experience with a medical setting I've ever had, and I've met a few mental health "professionals" that don't even come close to this level of bad. This place is trash and they don't care about their patients at all... how do you get a new patient and have a video call as an appointment?... what happened to one on one....I am very unsatisfied with my sons treatment.... they never bothered to get his old records from other facilities that treated him..... I'm very upset
The worst of the worst; I actually want to self-harm after speaking to these people. Triggering, ableist, disrespectful, shaming, and more. I'm utterly shocked that any of these people consider themselves 'mental health professionals'. You're honestly better off anywhere else, even if like myself, your options are small.
