Had a wonderful experience at West Cary. Office is nice, clean, and quiet. Front desk staff and medical assistants are very knowledgeable and helpful. Every appointment is an enjoyable, stress-free experience. Cannot recommend enough!

I agree with the previous review where it sated that they bill for 2 different visits when it was only suppose to be for annual physical Only. They ask for previous medical history and they would bill an extra visit just because that patient said “oh I have heart issues” Wow. This doctor Nunez and his office is fraud. They are wrongfully billing and simple visit. This is the reason I Hate Going to doctors office. Horrible. Health care system is so freaking broken.
I had a very disappointing experience with West Cary Family Physicians. On Friday, I was feeling really sick and went in to get checked. After testing, I was diagnosed with the flu, and the provider told me they would prescribe medication to help me recover within 3–5 days. I clearly confirmed the pharmacy location where the prescription should be sent.
