I was referred to this place by someone who has loose hair, told me they offer other services as well. I have dreadlocks I called and requested a retwist and style. If the salon cannot accommodate dreadlocks— why on earth would they accept an appoint for a retwist? she used clips on my head AFTER twisting and I was confused? but didn’t think anything of it until I got home and felt the back of my head. Been a customer for years but I will not return. The owner acts like she never wants to do my hair and I'm begging for a style not actually paying. I was told today after getting there around 915am then waiting for an hr, then a lady walks in and they say she has an appointment (which I never heard of or I would've made one) so they take her and tell me to wait some more for another person. I tolerate this hair salon for a few months. Got some hairstyles done there. You really have to have patience and God in your ear. They are very rude in this hair salon. Very unprofessional. Always speaking talking, texting eating and doing everything else other than your hair. Speaks unprofessionally and about their customers in their language.
