Fantastic team
We as a family would like to thank everyone at West Blacktown Veterinary Clinic for the Care that was given to us and our gorgeous cat Minna. After finding out that she could have bone cancer to the time spent with us explaining what could happen next. Talia and other staff showing empathy for us and Minna. Yesterday we decided to put Minna out of her pain, and Talia was there with us, we thought we would be in and out within 5 minutes, but Talia took us through a process that we will never forget. Honestly best vet. Been going here for 4 years with my cat Mia and the customer service is always amazing. The staff all truely care about our pets as they always ring up to follow up how our pet is doing.
We found our dog in our yard not able To stand or walk. We called our regular vet who was closed. West Blacktown was the next one we called and we couldn’t be happier. Amy was amazing. She was very thorough and explained everything to us. We appreciate they stayed open after hours to treat Tank. We can’t thank you enough.
