Disgusting attitude, victim mentality, unprofessional. I spoke to Melissa about cremation prices, she jumped to the conclusion that the animal was a dog.. I told her that it’s not a dog, it’s a ferret. And she still proceeded to say “well give me more information”.. How much more info do you need ? Dr. Amy Lee and the entire team are absolutely amazing. I’ve been going to this vet for years, and they have taken such wonderful care of my two dogs. One of them has since passed away. They showed so much compassion and support during an incredibly difficult time. I just returned from a routine checkup for my dog, and once again, the clinic exceeded my expectations. I've had a wonderful experience with this vet. The team have been genuinely caring and attentive with my cavoodle, Bambi, and it’s clear they truly love what they do. They took the time to really get to know her, made her feel comfortable, and even followed up to check on how she was doing, which meant so much to us. It’s rare to find a vet who is not only professional but also so personal and compassionate. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
West Blacktown have been looking after our dogs for years, firstly with our German Shepherd Mia and now with Rocky a mini Fox Terrier. They have been professional and accurate with treatment and a real pleasure to deal with. You can feel their love for their animal clients and regard for their human clients. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
