We have been a homeowner for 25 years and this is the first claim I filed. Almost every home in my neighborhood has received a new roof and siding due to a terrible hail storm. West Bend denied my claim twice even though their is significant evidence due to the storm. I would not recommend this company at all as they were very difficult to deal with. I know a few people who use them and after sharing my story, they plan to cancel their policies when they are up.

My wife and I have had the misfortune of having two major losses in the past five years. I want to say that I have seldom been treated with the level of professionalism, honesty, fairness we experienced in those two instances. Both at the company level and with our local Agent. We are beyond satisfied! Excellent customer service.

Was involved in an accident with one of their clients on 03/05/2019 and it was 100% from start to finish a terrible experience dealing with their claim rep "Carrie" that was assigned to my case. They didn't send any form of letter regarding the storage of my vehicle and then wanted me to pay for storage fees and rental fees amounting to nearly 200 dollars that I should not have been responsible for as well as suggesting I was lying regarding items damaged during the accident. West Bend Mutual Insurance Company have been so easy to work with. Stacy and Sarah are the best advertising they have. My claim was handled VERY quickly and completely. No begging, no headaches and certainly no need to call a lawyer! My appreciation and compliments to Stacy and Sarah. Linda H.

I received a quick settlement on my auto repairs well before it was submitted to the insurance company of the driver who was responsible for the accident. I knew West Bend had very competitive home and auto rates and now I know they have great claim service.

West Bend Mutual is a GREAT insurance company. Their customer service is second to none. I have been insured at all of the big companies with various bad experiences at all of them. West Bend is smaller and they still give you the service and attention of a smaller company when you need their assistance most. My claim was handled in record time and with utmost professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend looking into West Bend Mutual for your insurance needs!

My daughter was recently involved in an accident in which she was not at fault. West Bend paid our claim minus deductible while pursuing responsible parties insurance. I have nothing but praise for how West Bend took care of us and handled the claim. Today I received my reimbursement for my 500.00 deductible from West Bend. I am fortunate to have had very few claims over my lifetime but when you need someone to stand behind you I wholeheartedly recommend West Bend insurance.
