All of the staff are very friendly. I have never had to wait long to be seen after arriving. I have known Dr. Turner for a long time. He has always been nice to everyone and is very concerned about their oral health.

Dr. Smith is great, but, unfortunately, the rest of the staff is inept and unprofessional. I signed in and literally sat in their waiting area for over forty minutes and NOBODY told me I didn't have an appointment. Apparently, my appointment was cancelled for no reason. When questioned, the staff refused to take any accountability for the inconvenience they caused me.
As always!! It’s a great experience here for me!! I love the staff and my hygienist is so sweet and caring!
Always a good experience here. Dr. Turner is great and the assistants/hygienists I’ve had are friendly and good at their jobs.
