I was referred to this office for my first Root Canal. I really didn't know what to expect. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone in the office made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Norrington took the time to explain everything to me. He even told me what he was doing while he was doing it. The whole procedure was for the most part painless. Dr. Norrington even called me the next day just to check on me. This place is 5 star all the way.

I went to Dr. Smithson for a root canal. At first, this guy seemed nice and knowledgeable, but boy was I wrong. He told me that my tooth couldn't be saved, that I would need to go to an oral surgeon to get it pulled, and on top of that he charged me over $300 for just imaging. After going to another endodontist I found out that my tooth could be saved, got a root canal, and was told that it was ridiculous that this guy didn't want to give me a root canal given how young I am and the state of my tooth. I was referred to the office to have a root canal. My anxiety was really high. I have to say that the procedure was painless. Dr. Norrington did an amazing job. He was very professional and helped ease my mind prior and during the process.
