New to the area so looking for a new vet, and heard some recommendations from the West Allie Animal Hospital. They were able to set up an appointment, and my visit last night was great! The Vet Tech was incredibly gentle and sweet, and the Vet was able to answer my ramblin' list of questions as a new cat owner. Definitely recommend them!
We love this vet. I will never take my animals anywhere else! Our dog was not feeling well & they did everything they could to get to the bottom of what was wrong & figured it out. We can't thank them enough! They do everything in their power to make sure animals are comfortable & healthy & get what they need! Amazing doctors & assistants & receptionists. All around a amazing vet. I will always reccomend this vet to everyone! :)
after bad experiences with our old vet we decided to switch but still wanted to stay local. The West Allis Animal hospital was our first stop, years later we are still very happy with our service! I have two dogs, one with a prescription diet. When i forget to reorder her food they do their absolute best to help me. Our dogs aren't afraid to walk in and (aside from shots days) are happy when we leave. Highly recommend them!

After waiting for over a month for an appointment, I received a very unfriendly call saying we were late and will have to reschedule.We we're 2 minutes away. We were told the appt was for 9 am, not 9:30 as I had written down. We arrived at approximately 9:10. The receptionist was not nice and tried to schedule us out another full month. This is not the first time we have had issues with the staff. We have been a patient of theirs for over 9 years. We will be switching vets. Sorry Dr Shari, your staff lost us.
It’s always a happy experience coming here! My dog gets excited every time for his groom and my daughter loves all “the ladies” that work there. Great customer service and reasonable prices �
You’ld be hard pressed to find a more kinder, understanding staff than at WAAH. I was in and out within 40 minutes, very satisfied with my first visit! Give them a try...you will NOT be disappointed.
