WAAH was Great but not anymore. My Dog Dixie Used to love going there to see Dr. Mentjes but sadly he was not there when we took her in for the very last time and we were shocked to be treated so rudely after going there for so many years but it seemed like most of the reception staff had completely turned over and were all new & very rude. Dr. Severson is the absolute Worst, most incompetent veterinarian I have ever met and regret taking Dixie in to be seen by her.

We are sorry for your loss. However, we need to clarify a few points. First of all you saw Dr. Selbert, not Dr. Severson. Dr. Selbert is quite competent and diagnosed a very serious condition and was very adamant that you take her to an emergency clinic for the critical car Dixie needed. When you finally went to the emergency clinic the next day they confirmed Dr. Selbert's diagnosis. Unfortunately even with extensive care many dogs with this condition do not survive.
