My husband John and I have been patients of West Alabama Family Practice for 20+ years. Dr. Laubenthal (and Dr. James Robinson before him) have treated us as family throughout the years. The expertise and professionalism mixed with "patient first attitude" is noted from the reception desk throughout the staff. We appreciate the comfort in knowing our health care needs are first and foremost with this caring knowledgeable staff.
Dr Laubenthal has average wait times, usually around 15-20 mins. He provides excellent patient care and has a very sweet bed side manner.. He listens to his patients and treats them with compassion.
