The office staff are awful and always have been. The reason my family has gone there for 7 years is because I've always liked and respected Dr. Laubenthal...Until today. I've never been a fan of their front office and today was the last straw so when I had to listen to the scheduler argue that a strep test is not a lab test I asked for a scheduled appointment but that I would like my son's records because I was planning on looking elsewhere for his medical care.
