Absolutely the worst rental experience I have ever had. Don't expect someone to answer the phone. First it was an issue with with not being able to choose my payment date. I asked to set an end of month payment date and I was told by the owners rent is due on the first of every month and if it's paid after that we will charge you a late fee . There is nothing we can do about it that's how our computer system works we cant change that. Then the monthly price went up. You would think long term customers would get a price disco... read more
