Doctors staff advised me to arrive a half an hour early. When I did they ignored me and let me sit for 45 minutes while they gossiped about the patients loud enough for all in the waiting room to hear. When I was finally taken in the room I expressed the fact that I was annoyed about waiting and the staff member was rude.. Left!!!!
