Wesson Air is everything we were looking for in an Air Conditioning company. We had a Trane air conditioner and new duct work installed in our condo. John Bandur, our Comfort Specialist (sales representative and a veteran), kept us informed from beginning to end. He puts the service in Customer Service. Wesson Air is the epitome of professionalism from their sales rep to their installation crew and maintenance technicians. They did everything they said they would do in the time frame they promised. They always took the time to explain what the problem was and what the potential problems could be and always performed beyond our expectations. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone needing repairs or a new a/c system.
I had high hopes for this company. John is a GREAT salesman and my husband wanted a trane. The day we had it installed was the day we had our first problem. Two months later they had to repair a leak. They accidentally used the wrong freon so we pay a ridiculous amount of money every time we need more (which has been frequently considering we have had it less than 5 years). The place they repaired 2 months in had a leak again just last month. My husband called them and it would of been more money to repair it then it cost us... read more
Best A/C company in Central Florida, hands down!! – These guys just installed a Trane 15i, 16 SEER system in my home. They were the most professional, most courteous and best informed group of guys I've ever met in the A/C field. They were on-time, everytime, one day they were going to be a bit late due to traffic and they called me to let me know.
