These 2 representatives of Wesley Place management are the consummate professionals, yet they've demonstrated qualities that place them above the rest. My leasing agent was nice and accommodating at first but once I signed the lease, the rapport changed. I was told the day before moving in that I had to move in after 4pm, the leasing agent never apologized for “forgetting” to tell me and acted as if it was my fault for not knowing, didn’t seem apologetic or empathic at all. When you walk in the leasing office, there’s no warmth or greeting . When I had maintenance come to fix counters that should’ve been installed, there was no sense of communication. Great place too live in , quiet, private,clean!
Tremendously wonderful team at the Leasing Office and the maintenance crew is phenomenal. Could not have asked for any more from Wesley Place. They make my living here defines ‘home.’
If I could give zero stars I would. The guy that rents apartments is really unprofessional and was asking about my credit score and I didn’t even know the price of the one bedroom, all of this in front of other people.
