I moved here two weeks ago, and so far the experience has been great. The team has been responsive, and I really enjoy the apartment, especially the beautiful lake view from my window. There were a few things I didn’t notice before renting. The apartment does not include a microwave, and the fridge does not have a water dispenser. It also would have been nice to have an in-unit washer and dryer. It has been a positive experience so far, and I hope everything continues at this level. They clearly have a parcel room but won't let us put our parcels there, and they even told us to leave with them after work. Staff, if you're off work, why are you still in the office? What's the point of your parcel room?
I’ve lived here since the end of July and while the apartment is nice for the price, that’s where the positives end. I have been dealing with roaches since I moved in, but the roaches are the least of my issues. My apartment is COVERED in these bugs called boxelder bugs. I’ve never even heard of them prior to moving in to this hellhole. Since September, hundreds of these bugs have been getting into my apartment via the poorly sealed windows. 80% of them die upon entry as you ca see in the pictures.
