In order to better serve our patients in the future, we would like to hear more about your experience and how we can improve. You can call Wesley’s Patient Action Line at 316-962-7377, where you can speak with a Wesley leader at any time to share your experience. Had to take my grandmother here twice in the last year. One time the nurse ripped the tape off of her (they were monitoring her heart and o2 levels), without even apologizing. When I delivered my daughter, there was only one nurse the whole time that treated me with respect and tried to help (during the epidural they poked 3 holes in my spinal fluid, thus causing severe headaches). She only worked one shift, my sheets never got cleaned and there was blood on them the whole time, had to have my mom help me to shower and go to... read more

Although the service received was the same as other hospitals, it is a royal pain to get them to reimburse you for overpayment. Took 2 hours on the telephone with their patient accounts department to review claim and determine that refund was due. Had to pay at date of service, but they DRAG their feet to pay you back even when they've been aware for at least a month that they owed the refund.
They have always treated my dad (83) with the upmost respect and best care any body could ask for! Thank you Staff of Wesley!
Business response:
Cindy, we are happy that we have been able to be there for your dad and you.
I was transferred to Wesley last night from Susan B Allen as a direct admit. I would like to thank RN Valerie and RN Dan for taking such good care of me! A huge thank you also to Dr. Hague and her resident Doctor that saw me last night and this morning. You did a fantastic job in making me comfortable and helping me through my situation. The work you do is nothing short of miraculous and appreciated!! ❤️

Night and day difference between the birth care center and the labor and delivery floor of the hospital. The birth care center is on top of everything. Very sanitary, very polite, all around good care. The hospital highlights... Wife in pain asks for pain meds. She's told she has to wait 30 more minutes, that's fine. 30 minutes later she's told she actually has to wait 2 more hours. FOUR hours later she gets medicine after having to ask AGAIN! My favorite part of this awful stay so far is when the nurse empties her urine int... read more
Worst hospital ever, the only reason I gave them a one is I can't give a lower score. I only go there when insurance makes me. No communication between departments, they want cash deposits before preforming any treatments that are not emergencies, and only tell you what they are doing or how you are doing when you get angry to demand information.
Business response:
